About
Named for what watches the deep
In old maritime myth, Dagon was a guardian of the deep water — the thing that saw what was moving beneath the surface long before it reached shore. That's the job we signed up for.
Why this exists
Most breaches aren't dramatic. They're overlooked.
Small and medium businesses are told cybersecurity is either irrelevant to them or unaffordable — usually by people selling enterprise contracts. Neither is true. The businesses we work with are real targets, and they deserve a security program sized to fit them, not a scaled-down version of something built for a Fortune 500.
Dagon IT was built to sit in that gap: serious enough to matter, priced and scoped for businesses that don't have a security department.
Who we work with
Three kinds of client, one standard
Small and medium businesses who need IT that works and security that holds, without hiring a full department.
Agencies and MSPs who want to offer cybersecurity to their own clients and would rather partner than build the capability from scratch.
Startups setting up IT and security for the first time, who need a foundation that won't need to be torn out in a year.
How we operate
Assess. Fortify. Monitor.
The same three-stage method runs through every engagement, whether it's a one-time IT setup or an ongoing security retainer.
Chart the terrain
No recommendations before we understand what you actually have and how it's actually used.
Fix what's exposed
Prioritized by real risk and real cost, not a generic checklist.
Keep watch
Security is a posture, not a project. We stay on as long as you need us to.
